杰奇CMS出现报错Warning: date() [function.date]

还是回到之前的问题，我花了整整两天终于在linux运行杰奇了，然而我安装的时候就发现杰奇在报错，虽然说这个错误我遇到过但是这次不知道为什么涉及到更多的文件，于是我花了一个小时去修复，终于搞定了。而关关采集器也在稳定的运行，这肯定是得记录的，以防以后出现相同问题。

报错代码如下（其中一个，真正情况是满屏都是）：

Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Asia/Chongqing' for 'CST/8.0/no DST' instead in /home/ftp/k/krtsz/wwwroot/install/header.php on line 28

解决方式，修改php.ini，找到date.timezone，如果没有，自己加上。
代码如下：

date.timezone = "Asia/Shanghai"

修改后重启环境，报错消失。
